Reiki For Animals - Universal Energy Healing

Christine is now a Reiki Master, and due to tremendous response from both her clients and her students, she is currently planning Reiki for Animals Sessions
It is expected that some delegates might wish to find out more about using universal energy (free to all!) in solving behaviour problems, traumas and health issues in their animals.

Some delegates might wish to be attuned to Reiki, in order to work with their own animals (and family and friends).

Other delegates might wish to go on to become more involved in the whole field of energy healing, and Christine will guide these people in the right direction, where it is outside her own ability.

Reiki is all about using Universal Energy. This is a free commodity, there for anyone to use. Healers are taught to take the energy in, and push it out towards the recipient.

Christine has found that working with animals is quite unlike working with people. The reason is that whilst people have an ‘intelligence’ issue, which might question and challenge the issues of natural healing, animals do not. They simply accept, feel better, and say thank you.

Usui Reiki has a tradition of making an exchange for healing energy. This means that when healing is given, the ‘healed’ must give something back.

To understand this, think about any free advice you have been given. Did you take it? Did you value it? Probably not.

Christine has found over the years that any free advice given is largely disregarded, whilst those paying for advice will act upon it, and so reap the benefit.

However, those in need of healing will not be refused due to lack of funds.If someone needs healing, the means to ‘exchange’ will be provided.

Here, we do not regard Reiki as an ‘off the wall’, ‘new age’ therapy, but as a perfectly natural way of using and concentrating the energy that is everywhere to practical use.

Think of your body in terms of a child’s toy railway. The track is a complete circle, with several stations along the way.

If one station is not operating properly, the whole system will break down.
Very simplistic, but there you have it!

We work on the stations, or ‘Chakras’ all of which have their own individual functions. One will deal with upsets of the emotional kind, another will deal with traumas, and upsets. Yet another deals with spiritual issues, and so on.

All of this is fully explained during the sessions.

However, each animal will tell you exactly where healing is required. When working with animals, intuition is the greatest asset. Once your hands are in contact, you will automatically travel to the areas where the animal needs Reiki.

With regard to issues such as thunderstorms, fireworks, and other traumas, Reiki can help to a fantastic extent. It helps the subject to be aware of the fears, and to cope with the stress.
Freud held that ‘All stress is due to unresolved conflict’.

Think about that, and how a conflict of being afraid of something, and being unable to escape, might cause stress. Reiki helps us to take control of those conflicts, and to address them. This applies to animals as well as ourselves.
