How dogs learn
Breed specific behaviour
Avoiding Behaviour problems such as excessive barking, separation anxiety, aggression
Effecting a cure in these sorts of behaviour problems
Basic reward based training.
Module 4 Care of a companion cat.
Diet, parasite control, analysis of commercial feeds, exercise methods, grooming and holiday care options.
Module 5. Basic feline psychology,
Recognising normal and abnormal behaviour
Recognising health problems.
How to use this knowledge to keep cats stress free, and so healthy
Course work is partly written, and partly practical.
Assessment is therefore made on both sections.
Graduating students will receive a College Certificate, and be entitled to apply for membership of The Institute for Animal Care Education
